All you pay is the seats that are booked:
$2.50 incl GST per seat booked after 5pm
$1.25 per seat booked before 5pm
First month 10 seats free if you approach us via this form.
Credit Card Payments:
We invoice you monthly based on the number of seats booked.
You let us know the no-shows, and we charge your credit card.
Credit Card details are held securely by DPS. After we initially load the credit card details, we don't keep a copy of them.

Agreement between Time2Dine and restaurants:
A yearly contract binding on you but not subsequent owners
Payment of all booking fees, invoiced as at the end of each month,
payable by the following 20th of each month - less any no shows.
Payment of all amounts must be made by the due date.
Should payment not be made, we may charge 2% per month on the outstanding balance
You shall be liable to pay all administration and collection costs,
legal costs (calculated on a solicitor and client basis) and other expenses
that we may incur in relation to obtaining or seeking to obtain a remedy for
any such default in payment by you.
You agree to let Time2Dine know:
as soon as menus and drinks lists change - so the website can be
whenever your offers change.
whenever you are not accepting bookings for a time period - either
by "self-booking", or contacting Time2Dine so we can take the seats out of
as soon as ownership changes
You agree to keep up the training of your staff so that they are
aware of "Time2Dine" and where advice of bookings can be found.
You give Time2Dine the right to advertise your restaurant.
Time2Dine reserves the right to terminate this contract upon failure
to comply with any clause of this contract, or such conduct of the restaurant
that it is prudent for Time2Dine to cease promoting the restaurant. Examples
of such conduct would include but not be limited to: treatment of customers
in such a way that they give bad reviews, not being aware of bookings made
through Time2Dine by the time the customer arrives at the restaurant, not
giving the customer the deal they have been promised.
Time2Dine shall not be liable to you for any claims whatsoever including
but not limited to those arising from loss of profits, business, revenue,
goodwill, anticipated savings and/or any other indirect, special or consequential
loss or damage whether arising under contract, negligence or otherwise out
of or in connection with the Service. In particular, Time2Dine accepts no
responsibility or liability for the acts or omissions of your restaurant
which operates independently of Time2Dine.
Time2Dine neither excludes nor limits its liability for death or
personal injury caused by its own negligence or any other liability the
exclusion or limitation of which is expressly prohibited by law.
Time2Dine is operated from Auckland, New Zealand. The Laws of New
Zealand shall govern these terms and conditions and the resolution of any
dispute between Time2Dine and you. Any action taken by you shall be brought
exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Auckland,
