I am Prabaker Rao, Chef and owner of MOKSHA. I have served for more than 25 years as a chef and worked around the world top class hotels such as Sheraton, Intercontinental and was appointed as Culinary Ambassador for North & South America by the Indian Tourism Board.

I have put this site together to give you some idea of what to expect when you come and dine with my team and at our place, MOKSHA. My ambition is to give you a top class dining experience in Indian cuisine & Tandoori. Light express meals are served during lunch includes Thali, Salads, Dosai, Tandoori rolls and all time favourites.

MOKSHA's interiors are sleek, minimalist lines - an architect's concept and located right in the middle of Newmarket.
