SHAHI means royal, and the reason we call it
Shahi Cafe is so people can feel like royalty in a
relaxed, casual but upmarket atmosphere.
The business has been established since 1989 and we
have been serving sumptuous curries to all ages since.
India has 26 different states, and 24 different styles of food,
and each style is varied. Dishes from the southern part of India
are ‘hotter’ ( chilli ) than the dishes from northern India.
We at Shahi Cafe Milford serve predominantly northern Indian food with a twist.
Chefs painstakingly create dishes by mixing 2 or 3 different styles.
Thus creating dishes, which not only taste exquisite,
but are also healthy and good for you.
