These terms apply to your use of the booking service ("the Service") operated by Michael Brandon trading as Time2Dine. Members may use the site to secure bookings for services at participating businesses,
including but not limited to restaurants and babysitting/care assistant. Time2Dine is only a booking service. It is the members responsibility to
pay for the services the business provides ie pay the restaurants for the food and beverages
consumed or the babysitter for their services.
Once a reservation is made through the Service, it will be confirmed onscreen and
automatically to your e-mail address. The business is then contacted automatically
via email, fax, text message or other electronic service.
The businesses have the opportunity to refuse the booking but given our agreements
and systems with them this should rarely happen.

While the facility for cancellations is available, it should be used with care.
There is no fee for restaurant cancellations, but Domestic & Service Personnel Ltd will
charge you a cancellation fee for same day babysitting cancellations.
Time2Dine reserves the right to terminate your membership on excessive use of the
cancellation service as compared to valid bookings. Renewed membership will be at
the discretion of Time2Dine. Where possible, you will be advised before your
membership is cancelled and you will be given the right to respond.
The offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or voucher.
To book, you must have obtained membership through Time2Dine and place the booking
through the Time2Dine service.
Time2Dine is committed to providing an informative interactive site.
However, part of this entails a number of risks.
We can therefore provide no warranty that the material is accurate or up to date:
- Will the business be aware of the fax/email or other notification of booking?
- Have the restaurant offers, menus, wine list or prices changed?
- Has the business overbooked for the night?
- Is the restaurant out of business or are there new owners?
We have put in place a number of systems, and have it as a condition of service
with the businesses that they keep us informed of changes:
- The businesses ensure that a fax machine, computer or other electronic device is readily accessible to staff taking bookings.
- The restaurants let us know when offers, menus and wine lists change - we also keep in regular contact with the restaurants.
- The restaurants have the ability to reduce the number of seats they have on offer for a session.
- Once they receive a booking they have the ability to contact you or Time2Dine to rescind the booking (time being of essence).
Our goal is to give you an excellent level of service. It is therefore your responsibility to inform us when the service you get
is less than satisfactory, so we can take steps to improve the level of service we provide.

Given that the restaurants have final sign off, they are responsible for the accuracy of
the offers, menus and wine lists. Offers are made the discretion of the restaurant manager.
Except as provided in this agreement Time2Dine shall not be liable to you for any claims
whatsoever including but not limited to those arising from loss of profits, business,
revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings and/or any other indirect, special or consequential
loss or damage whether arising under contract, negligence or otherwise out of or in connection
with the Service. In particular, Time2Dine accepts no responsibility or liability for the
acts or omissions of participating businesses which all operate independently of Time2Dine.
Time2Dine neither excludes nor limits its liability for death or personal injury caused by
its own negligence or any other liability the exclusion or limitation of which is expressly
prohibited by law.
The website is owned and operated by Time2Dine, PO Box 20-115, Glen Eden.
The site has been programmed by Michael Brandon of Time2Dine, in MySQL and PHP,
both being open source software. The website and database are held at a physically
secure site on iSERVE's premises.
Time2Dine may at any time modify these terms and conditions. Any modifications will
become effective on either the posting of the modified terms and conditions on the
Site or on notification to you.
Time2Dine reserves the right to terminate the Service and/or your use of the Service
at its discretion without notice.
You may access, use, download and print information and materials displayed on this
site for your personal and non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute,
transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works
from, transfer, or sell any information, materials, software, products or services
obtained from this site.
We encourage linking of other sites to Time2Dine. However, please contact us before
making that link.
All information and materials displayed on this site (including text, graphics,
photographs and the organisation and layout of the site) are the property of
Time2Dine or its suppliers. No reproduction, distribution, or transmission of
the copyrighted information and materials at this site is permitted without
Time2Dine's written consent.
Any links to other sites (if any) are under our control and are provided for your
convenience only and do not constitute any endorsement of third party products or
services.
Time2Dine is operated from Auckland, New Zealand. The Laws of New Zealand shall
govern these terms and conditions and the resolution of any dispute between
Time2Dine and you. Any action taken by you shall be brought exclusively in a
court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Auckland, New Zealand.
Time2Dine is committed to protecting the privacy of anyone who uses the Site and to
complying with the Privacy Act. Subject to the provisions of this privacy policy,
Time2Dine will treat any personal information provided by you as confidential:
- Time2Dine collects information from Service guests in order provide a
high quality service including newsletters and competitions, and to
ensure that the Site is both appealing and informative.
- In order to operate the booking service, booking information will
be supplied to participating businesses.
Currently, when bookings are made users names, phone numbers, email
address, and booking information are provided to the businesses.
This allows the businesses to contact you if there are any booking issues.
- Time2dine operates an affiliate service where we give a percentage of the booking fees to third parties. We provide details of each booking made through them - but exclude personally identifiable information.
- The newsletter may bring to your attention deals available through third parties.
At no time will we give personally identifiable information to third parties.
- On the bottom of every newsletter, you will be given
the opportunity to unsubscribe from the service.
- From time to time, Time2Dine may collect additional personal information
from you in connection with optional competitions, surveys or special offers.
Our web server and web database collects the following types of information:
- The number of people who visit the website (gathered via IP address logs)
- The date and time of visits
- Technical information on browser connections
- Traffic patterns
- Referrers
- Pages viewed
- IP address against bookings
Our newsletter service records who make click throughs from the newsletter.
